Tours for 2019

Please see below the details of our planned tours. Please note that circumstances may sometimes cause schedules to alter. Where Trips state ‘Register Your Interest’, we are still building the itinerary and this will be listed in due course. All tours require a minimum of 4 guests in total to be run. Maximum guest numbers is 8 but we can accommodate 10 for a large group booking. Final dates and full itinerary are confirmed at the time of booking. Bespoke tours and corporate may also be arranged – just get in touch to discuss your dream itinerary.

brabant & the city of brussels

25th - 29th April

From a central base in Leuven we will visit breweries in and around Brussels. One day will also be spent at the Zythos Bierfestival, a small, specialist event that nonetheless features more than 500 beers.

Toer de Geuze

2nd - 6th May

A truly ‘wild’ trip taking in the breweries and blenders of Pajottenland and the Senne Valley. For true sour beer fanatics we will also explore Flemish Red and Oud Bruin at the Rodenbach and Liefmans breweries.

antwerp & Beerpassie

27th June - 1st July

Take in both established and newer breweries in and around Antwerp with a day at Beerpassie (Beer Passion) Weekend in the heart of the city. We’ll be based in Mechelen, home of the wonderful Brouwerij Het Anker.

11th - 15th July

Visiting the breweries of the Belgian Ardennes, a breathtakingly beautiful part of the country. We will also be spending a day at Capital de la Biere in the citadel of Namur.

The world of saison

1st - 5th August

Based in Tournai, the heart of the Belgian Saison. Visiting many of the Saison breweries within Hainault including Dubuisson, Dupont and Silly.

Flanders and the North Sea

22nd - 26th August

West Flanders is packed full of fantastic breweries and we will take in some of the more famous along with lesser-known producers. Based in Ostend we will also be attending the North Sea Beer Fest.

Bustling Brussels

5th - 9th September

A beer weekend based in the Belgian capital where we will be paying visits to both the city’s breweries and some from East Flanders. We will also take the opportunity to sample the Brussels Beer Weekend, one of the biggest beer events in the country, which takes place on the Grande Place.

Belgian Ardennes

17th - 21st October

We will be visiting the beautiful Ardennes countryside, visiting the many and varied breweries of this stunning part of Wallonia. From our base in Bouillon we will also visit the International Special Beers Fest ‘Brassigaume’.

Hopland

24th - 28th October

A lovely Autumn weekend taking in the best breweries West Flanders has to offer. A day spent at the fantastic Poperinge Beer Fest is not to be missed.

Dag Van de Oude Geuze

21th - 25th November

A trip for all spontaneously-fermented beer lovers. Trips to Pajottenland, Brabant and Hainault. Included in the itinerary will be a day spent enjoying draught lambics and authentic geuzes.

Here comes the Kerstbier

12th - 16th December

No Christmas would be the same without Kerstbier so we will be spending a day at the magnificent Belgian Christmas Beer Festival in Essen. Based in beautiful Bruges we will also explore the wonderful breweries of West Flanders.
