Our Tastings Terms & Conditions

Our tastings are designed to be a fun, informal and educational experience and are very popular with both seasoned beer veterans and the beer curious. However, it is important that you read and understand the following terms and conditions regarding your booking.

Your booking confirmation accepts these terms and conditions and limits any liability attributed to AleHunters Brewery Tours.

Age requirements

Due to the nature of beer tastings, we’ll only be able to accept guests who are aged 18 or over.

What’s included

A guided tasting of approximately 2 hours in duration, which includes a profile of each brewery involved, insight into how each beer is made and a history of each beer style. You’ll learn how to taste beer and how beer is made from grain to glass.

Five beers of different styles (gluten-free and no/low alcohol options available).

Six flavour profiling snack packs (vegetarian options available) and a beer flavour wheel to develop your understanding of beer and what influences its various tastes.

costs

£45 per person. Minimum of 10 persons per party. Smaller parties accepted subject to an additional surcharge.

Prices include mainland UK postage. Overseas delivery subject to additional postage fees.

VAT charged based upon base price plus any additional delivery or small party surcharge. We are not VAT registered but can have a VAT invoice raised by our partners Brewery Market.

tasters responsibilities

Confirmation of any dietary or allergy information for all tasters.

Full names and addresses of all deliveries plus an assurance that someone over the age of 18 will be available to receive/collect the beer.

Mobile numbers and relevant directions or any special notes for the courier.

Please note that all data received will be deleted after 21 days.

Payments

AleHunters requires payment in advance prior to confirmation and despatch of beer packs. Cancellations notified after beer packs have been dispatched will not be subject to refund.

Should a taster miss or be late for the tasting, they will not be entitled to any refund from AleHunters Brewery Tours.

DELIVERIES

We use a third party couriers to deliver beer boxes where delivery is included. Unfortunately any problems with regard to breakages or loss of packages is beyond our control. However, we will do everything that we can to track packages and should there be an issue we will aim to rectify this within the time available.

Force Majeure

Any event beyond the control of AleHunters Brewery Tours, which prevents our complying our obligations under the tour itinerary including but not limited to:

1. Acts of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods);

2. War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, mobilisation, requisition, or embargo;

3. Rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, or civil war;

4. Contamination by radio-activity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly;

5. Riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, unless solely restricted to employees of the Supplier or of his Subcontractors; or

6. Acts or threats of terrorism.
