Thanks Paul for this fantastic tour great selection of breweries bars and blenders, great itinerary.

Paul picked us up with a van and drove us all the way to Belgium, before getting to the excellent hotel, best regards to Andi, we visited two Breweries, in the first one we got a detailed introduction to the brewering process, which really helped to understand how to get this beautiful beverage into our glass, at the second stop we met an absolute legend, he shared his knowledge with us and fed us some beautiful beers, especially the history behind those beers and the naming of them was really interesting. As we finally arrived at the Hotel we were welcomed by Andy Brouwer, who served us a fantastic menue the next day.
Thanks to Pauls experience and local knowledge we were able to have a look behind the scene and also have a chat with the famous lambic brewers around Brussel.
After we got completely spoiled by Andy and his Menue and all the lambics we visited Silly Brewery the next morning, they were so welcoming and openhearted , that this is one of my favourite visits of the trip. Followed by the famous steam brewery and Dupont we went back home.
On the Sunday Paul showed us around some local beer pubs which were absolutely great and we also could get a great insight into the local lifestyles. Finishing off with de cam a great master blender we had a fantastic time, specially visiting the secret bar in the end!!!
On the last day we were able to visit another two more breweries on the way home.
I really want to thank everyone attending this trip for the fantastic time and special thanks to Paul for organising this once in a lifetime experience
