Day One
Collection at 7am from Kew Gardens Underground and Overground station
Crossing via *Eurotunnel to visit Brouwerij St Bernardus for lunch. We then head to Vichte and a tour of Brouwerij Verhaeghe. Finally we drive to our base in Kortrijk at the *Hotel Duivels Paterke.
Day two
We hit the road and visit *Brouwerij De Ranke in Mouscron. From there we drive down to Izegem and have lunch and beers at Brouwerij D’Oude Maalderij. Finally time for a visit to Brouwerij Ruimtegist.
Day three
We’ll spend the whole day visiting *Zythos beer festival, regarded as the nearest thing to a national beer festival in Belgium. Promising over 500 beers this should be an epic day.
Day Four
A short drive to Wevelgem for lunch at Koffiehuis de Hofnar. After lunch we will head up to Lendelede and visit Dirk at Brouwerij de Meester. Onwards to the terrace at Brasserie ‘t Gaverhopke. Then it’s time to pop into a cafe for a few more beers before returning to Kortrijk.
Day five
A stop at *Brouwerij Verzet in Anzegem followed by lunch at In De Vrede. We then make our way to the *Eurotunnel and our journey back to London.

Having been taken around the area by Paul previously we knew what to expect but the quality of the experiences, getting to meet brewers and owners vs enthusiastic helpers was first rate.
